Anna Petridis is a personal trainer and health coach specializing in exercise during pregnancy, afterbirth recovery, and returning to exercise routine. She is also a member of the Littlespoons program, an initiative of the non-profit organization “Learn Nutrition,” which aims to support children and their families to develop essential nutritional skills. She is a mother of two; therefore, she can understand and help with the new mother’s difficulties regarding fitness and nutrition. Anna offers personal training services at home and in studios and small classes for pregnant women, new moms who need recovery, and busy moms who want to fit some exercise into their schedules.
