Objectives
- To honour the bravery of Caesarean mothers and provide support.
- To provide scientific, evidence based facts about Caesarean births, and improve maternal-child health by preventing unnecessary caesareans
- To push for better care and options in delivery
- Promoting Natural Birth, Gentle Caesarean and Vaginal Birth After Caesarean (VBAC).

Giving natural birth to my son with a VBAC taught me surrender, connect with my baby and restored the faith in my body and in natural birth. The bliss I felt a few seconds after my son was born can be described as total love for everyone and everything...
After a very traumatic childbirth experience in August 2014, which resulted in an emergency c-section, I decided I wanted to do everything I could, so that all women feel empowered and strong during this so important time of their lives.
