I am a mother of 2, a lover of the outdoors and passionate about everything related to birth.

I am a DONA trained Doula, working towards my certification. My mission as a doula is to support, encourage and empower expectant mothers before, during and after birth.

Birth is a magical experience and one that is often feared. My hope is that by preparing mothers both physically, mentally and emotionally for the big day, that more magical experiences and fearless memories can be created.
