Are you looking to get back into shape or just love being active with or without the family? Become part of a team of other mums and families supporting each other in getting fit and raising money for a fantastic non profit organisation in Cyprus? Join Birth Forward at the Limassol Marathon 5km corporate race to run, jog or walk. A super motivating and energising event for anyone.
Event Information
When: Saturday 23rd of March in Limassol as part of the 5km corporate race
Race starts at 9 am, runners to meet at 8:15 at Cafe Nero on Molos
Kids are welcome and so are strollers and balance bikes.
Price: 30 € a person, 50€ a family, kids in buggies go free.
All proceeds and sponsorship will go towards the amazing work carried out by Birth Forward volunteers.

We aim to raise for Birth forward, so each runner will collect sponsorships and even if you do not wish to participate in the run you can help us reach our goal.
Birth Forward stands as an ambassador for parents wishing to make autonomous choices about their own and their families’ welfare throughout the full cycle of parenthood. We aim to provide support and education for families and professionals in regards to the various stages of planning, creating and growing a family in Cyprus. We currently working on a big new free educational platform for pregnant couples in Cyprus that is giving daily bite-size information with small vides and text in Greek, English, Russian, Arabic and Turkish coming out in 2020. In 2018 under the leadership of Cyprus University of Technology we conducted two major research studies with health professionals and parents learn more about the challenges in Cyprus. We supported initiatives e.x. like the movie screenings of Birth Days, provided support groups and give lectures on women’s rights in labour and much more.
