Artemis Evangelidi

Artemis Evangelidi holds Bachelor of Science (Major in Reproductive Endocrinology) and Bachelor of Law degrees having graduated from Monash University in Melbourne Australia in 2003 and is a Human Rights activist with post graduate specialisations in International Law and Human Rights Law.

 Artemis leads the consulting operations of Aipeia and has been advising clients on all aspects of their business, providing hands on support and tailored legal services with a focus on ethics, Human Rights in Business and Corporate Social Responsibility.  Her clients are corporate leaders and HNWI based around the world including Europe, the Middle East, Australia, North Africa, the USA and South East Asia.  Artemis has extensive corporate experience with appointments to the Boards of entities in Cyprus as Director and Company Secretary.  Her commercial work is predominantly focused on cross border transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, targeted investments, private equity and corporate structuring, integrating her clients’ businesses to ensure minimal operational disruption and core strategy implementation.  She applies this knowledge and experience when assisting NGOs and NPOs with all aspects of their organisation.  Before establishing Aipeia, Artemis worked in private practice in Australia, and as senior legal advisor in Greece, Qatar and Cyprus for some of the world’s largest privately owned companies and investment funds.
